This 1957 Japanese epic by the great & influential Akira Kurosawa, is often considered one of the best film adaptations of Shakespeare’s classic play, Macbeth.
The film transposes the plot of Macbeth (1606) from Medieval Scotland to feudal Japan, with stylistic elements drawn from Noh drama.

Join us Thursday, Nov. 20th, at 6:30pm for a special showing of Throne of Blood.
