The last day of assistance will be on Saturday, April 14th

Select Federal Tax forms will be available downstairs.

Although the NC State Department of Revenue will not be providing tax forms to the library this year, these forms are still available to you at no cost   in several ways.

Select state tax forms are available at the front desk . (at a cost of $.60 for Individual Tax form D)

Call the toll-free number to have the forms to have the forms sent to you by mail : 1-877-252-3052

Or go to the state Department of Revenue website to complete an online request form :
